Eligibility for Warranty Service:
  • Provide the order number from Sizzlebk.com within 12 months of purchase.
  • Product must not be used for rental, commercial purposes, competitions or any other usage other than personal use.
  • Limited to parts or issues caused by manufacturer defects within 12 months.
Limitations of Liability:
  • This 12-month comprehensive warranty is non-transferable after the initial sale of the product.
  • Warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
  • Does not cover damages caused by human factors.
  • Does not cover gradual reduction in battery capacity, as it is considered normal.
Claims Process:
  • All warranty claims must be submitted to Sizzlebk and sent to support@sizzlebk.com.
  • Valid warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product.
  • Before making a warranty claim, it is advisable to contact support@sizzlebk.com as there might be a simple solution to the problem.
  • Valid warranty claims will be processed by sizzlebk within 12 months of the initial purchase.
  • sizzlebkwill not replace any part without first reviewing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide evidence via email.
Shipping Damage Claims:
  • In rare cases where the item is damaged during transportation, please contact support@sizzlebk.com and provide photo or video evidence.
  • Note: Shipping damage claims will not be accepted more than 7 days after receiving the products.
Repair Service:
  • Only provides free replacement parts.
  • Free accessories will not be replaced or compensated if they are scratched during transportation.
Limitation of Damages:
  • Except where prohibited by applicable law, sizzlebk shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when sizzlebk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
