What is your shipping time?

Items are typically shipped within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes between
3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Yes, we offer two delivery options: $180 for delivery within 1-3 days, and $120 for delivery within 5-7 days. You can select your preferred delivery date.

Can it be shipped anywhere in the United States?

We ship to all addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Excluded locations:
· Hawaii and Alaska
· New York City (including Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island)
Additionally, we cannot ship to military bases.

If I decide I don't want it after receiving the package, can I return it?

Which express delivery service do you use?

We generally use UPS or FedEx for shipping. If you have a preferred carrier, feel free
to contact us, and we will accommodate your request when possible.

I haven’t received the shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the
address you provided. Be sure to check all folders, including Spam or Promotions. If
you did not receive the email after confirming your order and payment, please
contact us so we can assist you in tracking your order.

How do I track my order?

this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. If you don't receive the
email, reach out to us, and we will assist in providing the tracking information.

Can I change the color or model after placing the order?

If your order has not shipped yet, you can request changes. Please contact us
immediately. Once the order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

What happens in case of unforeseen circumstances?

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, traffic
congestion, or delays caused by third-party suppliers, we may experience delays in
delivery. While we strive to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays caused by
circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery is delayed, we will provide an updated delivery date. Additionally, special
circumstances like high order volume or new product releases may lead to longer
shipping times. If this is the case, we will notify you on the product page and via
email.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once
they are handed over to the carrier (e.g., DHL or any other delivery service). Be sure
to track your order and report any issues directly to the shipping carrier.
