T240 20'' Cargo Ebike for Family

I’m a mountain biker and bought this cargo bike to run errands and haul my kids around. It’s really fun and fast. I’m still unsure how to unlock and speed and what the app for it is. Hoping to get an answer from customer service soon on this. Other than that, it’s a great hike at a good price.

My wife wanted a cargo e-bike so we can carry one of our boys in the back. We tested several cargo e-bikes and decided to purchase the Trekcraze T240. It seems solid, well built, smooth, and excellent brakes. The T240 is exactly like the TST Carrier but with hydraulic brakes. Unlocked, I got it up to 25mph with a 200lbs rider and a 60lbs kid in the back. 25mph with a kid in the back is pretty fast for us. We rode around around our neighborhood and logged 15 miles and only used 1 bar of battery. We've only had it for 2 weeks and have been happy with it so far. My only complaint would be no gear indicator on the Shimano shifter. Good e-bike for the $.
