Sizzlebk 26'' 36V 7.8A Commuter Ebike

This item was relatively easy to set up, arrived quickly and has been working great.

Overall I like the bike. I am 5’4 @128lbs. I have an issue with tight hips so a bike that offers a step through feature was my top priority. This bike is no problem for me to get on and off of. The battery has a long life although I just run errands and short little trips.

First of all, it is a wonderful Ebike. It is well built, well designed, and so much fun to ride. At the price I paid , I have zero complaints about the bike. However, I had a delivery issue with FedEx and did not get my bike the first time I bought it, as it was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted the seller I could not believe how important it was to him that I was 100% satisfied. He immediately issued me a refund and offered an additional discount if I was willing to reorder. His only concern was that I was happy with my purchase. Any seller who treats customers like that is a special seller. Sizzlebk is a fantastic seller. Buy from them with peace of mind, they want you to be happy. Just telling you how my experience with them was, I haven’t been this pleased with a business in years.
