The S400 features a brushless hub motor rated at 750 W nominal (with up to 1,300 W peak output), delivering smooth acceleration and plenty of torque for climbing hills or powering through soft sand and snow.

With its 48 V / 15 Ah (720 Wh) rechargeable lithium-ion battery, you can expect up to 40 miles in pure-electric (throttle-only) mode and up to 65 miles using pedal-assist.

Using the included 54.6 V / 3 A charger, the S400’s battery reaches full charge in approximately 5 hours, so you can top up overnight and be ready for next-day adventures.

The 26″ × 4.0″ puncture-resistant fat tires deliver exceptional grip and stability on snow, sand, gravel, and rocky trails—while still rolling comfortably on pavement. To keep them performing their best, check tire pressure regularly (typically 8–15 psi) and inspect for embedded debris; their reinforced sidewalls also resist punctures from thorns and glass.

Thanks to its robust aluminum-alloy frame and front-suspension setup, the step-thru S400 supports up to 400 lbs. Its low-step design also makes mounting and dismounting effortless.
